I ask leaders and organizations to consider leadership training as a way to look at things more meaningfully. We tend to spend a lot of time on superficial interactions while overlooking valuable elements like long-term behaviors and teaching people core skills like communication, collaboration, empathy and motivation. Focus on these skills and you'll enjoy leadership training that goes below the surface.
