A practical working definition of leadership training is promoting behaviors that lead to desirable results. For example: Excellent leaders motivate their colleagues, employees and clients by communicating clearly, treating people kindly, planning instead of reacting, valuing self-awareness and delegating well. Deeper leadership training is about helping leaders lead themselves and others effectively.
